We have been very successful in the market for kinematics products for many years and are the leading player on the global market. Our market penetration in the area of movable drive units is extremely high.
The reason for this in particular is our vertical integration: We do not only develop, qualify and produce kinematics products but also engineer and build the large part of the manufacturing equipment ourselves. Even though our products are constantly being resolutely tailored to the requirements of our customers, we pursue a modular strategy of uniform parts. This means that we are not only in a position to deliver with very competitive conditions, but the use of largely standardized parts also ensures the highest and constant quality.
TABLES
Our seat-integrated folding tables turn the seat into a work or play station, optionally with wireless charging, cup holder, USB port, light, pen holder or make-up mirror. The options for equipping the crash-tested foldable tables are almost unlimited. Displays can also be integrated.
The trends towards e-mobility and autonomous driving will further increase the importance of vehicle interiors. The electric motor eliminates some of today's opportunities for differentiation for vehicle manufacturers, while autonomous driving offers vehicle occupants more options for communication and entertainment. The focus here is, among other things, on solutions that make the vehicle occupants' stay in the vehicle as pleasant, as entertaining and as relaxing as possible. The goal: After the journey, the vehicle occupants must notice that they felt completely comfortable.
